This product is so amazing! I am a nurse, and often work long hours on my feet. About 8 years ago I was working in a nursing home, often on my feet up to 16 hours at a time.
After a year of that I developed these painful knobs on my insoles and had to shift the type of work I did because of the discomfort. The lumps never went away, always painful, for years...
I have only used this product for a few days, twice a day and I have to search to even find the remnants of the lumb on the bottom of my right foot, and it's greatly diminished on my left foot! Besides that, even after the first time of use I noticed an overall improvement in my sense of well being.

Guide for use
1. Tie the product to the knee with a strap. For best results, please Stay as dose to your knees as possible.
2. Long press "on/off key, the product starts to work. The default value is Low temperature, low kneading pressure, vibration, red light physical therapy.
3. After the product is opened, press the "heating" key briefly, and in the mode with heating function Adjustable heating temperature (low medium high, H1, H2, H3, HF), display.
